COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW VERY GOOD IT LOOKS!! Dear Mr. Sandless, I recently had my wood floors refinished by your franchise in New Mexico. I need to say that I was just a little skeptical of the product at very first. Nonetheless, as soon as the crew showed up to do the work I knew I was in excellent hands. The franchise owner and his crew had been really knowledgeable and could answer any question I could throw at them. The work took approximately 4 hours and it was phenomenal. When my wife returned residence from work she could not believe how good it looks. Then the following weekend my in laws had been in town. My Father in law asked if we just had to brand new floor installed. He in no way even knew we had wood floors until Mr. Sandless came and refinished them for us.
